The Sandhills AGInnovation Center is a produce aggregator and processor located in Ellerbe, NC, built to connect Sandhills farmers to new markets and resources.  Constructed under the shell of an existing produce packing shed, the SAIC features a wide range of equipment, facilities, and services to expand markets and opportunities for farmers in the Sandhills region.The Sandhills AGInnovation Center is a non-profit corporation that serves farmers throughout south central NC.
